About me:

Well I guess there isn't much to tell. I have had this blog for 4 years now and I am just now trying out different functions.
I am a Mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, I am a Christian.

I love my children with all of my heart.
My oldest: now 13 (that happened entirely too fast. He loves all things outdoors, hunting, fishing, just being outside. He is a football player and a darn good one. He will be playing JV this year. He is a kind hearted, loving, caring, compassionate child teenager. He and I have a very unique friendship, he trusts me (as he should) and we can talk about anything! This was the child that first called me Mommy, and I love him dearly.

My Middle child: The only girl she is now 6. She is stuck somewhere between a princess and a tomboy. She doesn't mind getting dirty but I promise she is wearing something girly in the process. She loves to dance and sing and we've recently discovered she is amazing at playing first base for their t-ball team. She is my only girl, and I love her dearly.

My youngest: 5 well he will be Sunday. He was born with Spina bifida, hydrocephalus and Arnold Chiari Malformation II. If you look through my blog the vast majority of the posts will be on him, not because he is more important but because once upon a time I was scared and scouring the internet for information about my unborn child's diagnosis and I thought if I publicly wrote about it I would have an outlet and maybe, just maybe I could help a woman in the same situation. He loves to do everything, usually whatever his brother and sister are doing. He can walk, he can run, he plays t-ball with his sister. His smile is contagious and his eyes are oh so blue. He is the last child that will ever call me Mommy, and I love him dearly.

I have been Married to my husband for 7 years (this June)

we live in a small house on the outskirts of Colonial heights.
We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a whole lot of chaos.

This blog is full of all sorts of things, recipes, DIY, inspiration, comedy (ok, well I think I am funny but some people don't get my humor). All of my posts are real, most of them are raw emotion. I am not perfect, I never will be. This is just little ole me post in the vast see of the world wide web.
